Sustainability in tourism has become a major challenge in today's world. Managing the opportunism industry in terms of sustainability ins a very challenging task rather than its overall development. Tourism is an industry which is actually based upon customers's needs - demands which directly would influence their satisfactions. But this development cannot be made at the cost of the future generations. Thus, tourism should be developed in such a way that it would not hamper the host culture or natural environment and environment vis culture, society , etc. should remain as a major source of attracting tourist and create a mutual benefit for both the hosts and the tourist. Hence lies the concept of sustainability, especially in tourism that has deep significance since this industry shares the obligation to protect and maintain the heritage, environment and culture for the future generations. Therefore, the present book addresses the key sustainable tourism issues and challenges faced in developing sustainable tourism at a destination.
